Rentals
Seasonal rental fees: 20% of the rental VAT included
Rental fees for secondary residence: 20% of the rental amount VAT included

Rental fees for the main residence:
1-month rent, charged to the owner or split between owner and tenant.
Tenant charge – Visit fees, administration fee, writing the lease contract – 10 € per m² VAT included. state of the premises – 3 € m² VAT included
